BO NUAGE: (adj. / n. ) from French beautiful cloud Bo Nuage is an elegant, Parisian-styled boutique bringing you the unique experience that is the luxurious Nuage Cake. Named for their fluffy texture, these treats combine the crispness of a fresh Meringue with the light sweetness of whipped cream in a variety of handcrafted and delicious flavors. Dedicated to quality and our customer’s satisfaction, we offer gluten free and nondairy options.

Pascal and Audrey

Our story

Pascal and Audrey Achcar are the founders and creative force behind Bo Nuage pastry shop. This husband and wife team brings daily handcrafted delicacies to the Los Angeles community with a touch of elegance and a flair for the unique. The crafting of their “cloud cakes”, using only the finest ingredients and all prepped in house and with a remarkable attention to quality and artistry, is only the latest in a long line of pastry creations and baking ventures. With degrees from a pastry and baking school in Paris, and after founding a successful baked goods brand in Westhern Africa, Pascal and Audrey found themselves looking for their next adventure. After discovering the northern French meringue delicacy on a small boulevard in Paris, they decided to bring Nuage Cakes to their newly adopted home in Los Angeles. Located on Santa Monica Blvd and Melrose, they have created two elegant and Parisian style boutique to craft their Nuage cake delicacies that are a unique as they are delicious. .
